We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device, ability or assistive technology they use.

In short
- We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.
- The website works by keyboard, respects reduced-motion settings and is tested for colour contrast.
- If anything is hard to use, tell us and we will help and fix it.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is the standard referenced by the European standard EN 301 549 and supports the aims of the European Accessibility Act.
What we have done
- Semantic headings, landmarks and lists, so assistive technology can navigate each page
- Full keyboard access, a skip link and visible focus indicators
- Text and interface colours checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios
- Animation that respects the "reduce motion" setting on your device, and pause controls for content that moves on its own
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, with decorative interface illustrations hidden from screen readers and described in text
- Form fields with visible labels, clear error messages and no reliance on colour alone
- A cookie banner that can be used by keyboard and screen reader, where refusing is as easy as accepting
- Layouts that work from small phones to large screens and with text zoomed to 200%
Known limitations
- The animated interface illustrations on the homepage and Solutions page are decorative. Their meaning is also given in the surrounding text.
- Our anti-spam check on forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) is provided by a third party. It is designed to be accessible, but if it ever stops you sending a message, email us instead.
We are not aware of other accessibility issues. If you find one, please tell us.
Compatibility
This website is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, and with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack.
